This U.S.-produced Beretta 950BS Jetfire is a micro .25 ACP with the signature tip-up barrel, allowing loading and unloading without racking the slide. The BS variant adds a manual thumb safety, and this example carries the Accokeek, Maryland rollmark. Part of Beretta's long-running "baby Beretta" lineage, the model was discontinued in the early 2000s, making U.S.-made examples a notable find.

The 950BS pairs a carbon steel, tip-up barrel with an aluminum alloy frame to keep weight down while maintaining durability. Its single-action, blowback operation is complemented by an external spurred hammer and an inertia firing pin.
Controls and features include a manual thumb safety unique to the BS variant and rear slide serrations for purchase. Fixed sights consist of an integral front blade and a rear notch.
Factory markings include PB in oval, "MADE IN U.S.A.," and "BERETTA USA CORP. ACKK., MD." Black checkered plastic grips feature the Beretta medallion with molded "25 U.S.A."
This U.S.-made Jetfire reflects Beretta's compact-pistol heritage and was discontinued in the early 2000s, aligning it with the later era of the "baby Beretta" series while retaining the classic tip-up barrel system.
