Construction is all stainless steel with a high-polish finish on the frame, cylinder, and barrel. The six-shot fluted cylinder, receiver, and barrel are stainless, giving the revolver both durability and a bright presentation. Smooth black grip panels with Ruger eagle medallions and a wide, serrated hammer spur complete the package.
Ruger’s transfer-bar safety and loading-gate interlock are integrated for safe handling. The reverse-indexing pawl assists precise chamber alignment during loading and unloading. Chambered in .357 Magnum, the revolver also accepts .38 Special ammunition for versatile range and carry options.
