Specific Condition Notes: Some scratches, dings, and wear are present. The hinge screws have lost some finish. Barrel fit is tight and excellent. There is ample life in the barrel ears for lock-up. The firing pins appear in great shape, and the ejectors are properly timed.

The Sporting configuration features 32-inch over/under barrels with ventilated side ribs and a tapered flat rib for a clean, consistent sighting plane. A white front bead and mid-bead provide clear reference points. The interchangeable screw-in choke system uses extended tubes, and this example comes with a six-tube set covering skeet through full.
The forged steel receiver wears a silver/coin finish with scroll engraving and a decorative rosette on the hinge pin. Barrels are blued. Markings include the C.I.P. Ulm antler proof and "MADE IN GERMANY KRIEGHOFF ULM/DE" on the monobloc, with "K-80 KRIEGHOFF Germany" on the receiver underside. Matching serial numbers are noted on the receiver water table and forend iron.
The right-hand sporting stock is set up for a RH shooter with an adjustable comb, a right-hand palm swell, slight cast-off and toe-out, and a Kick-EEZ recoil pad. Length of pull is 15.0 inches. The single-trigger, break-action design offers a crisp, straightforward manual of arms with a two-round capacity.
Mechanical points are strong: the barrel fit is tight with ample life in the barrel ears, the firing pins appear great, and the ejectors are correctly timed. The bores are clean with a mirror finish. A recent annual service was performed to keep the gun in proper working order.
