The SBE3 is a 12-gauge, inertia-driven semi-auto with a 3.5-inch chamber and a 28-inch barrel, offering a 2+1 capacity. The Benelli Inertia System provides reliable cycling across a range of loads, while the cross-bolt safety keeps operation familiar and straightforward.
The barrel is crio-treated and threaded for Benelli Crio chokes, and it carries a ventilated stepped rib topped with a red fiber-optic front sight for quick target acquisition. The beveled, easy-loading port streamlines reloads in the field.
Controls are optimized for gloved use, including an enlarged bolt handle and an enlarged bolt-release button. These features complement the smooth operation and help reduce fumbling during fast follow-up shots.
The stock system uses Benelli’s ComforTech 3 recoil reduction with a removable Combtech cheek pad, paired with a synthetic forend for durability. The Mossy Oak Bottomland camo finish covers the receiver, barrel, stock, and forend, and a sling attachment point is integrated. Length of pull is 14.5 inches.
