The P320 Compact uses a tilting-barrel, locked-breech short-recoil system with a striker-fired action for consistent operation. The serialized, modular fire control unit (FCU) allows grip and slide configuration changes without an FFL for grip module swaps, giving the owner flexibility to tailor the platform.
The slide features dovetailed iron sights for fast indexing. The slide is not optics-cut. An integral 3-slot Picatinny-style accessory rail on the frame supports common lights and accessories.
This example pairs an FDE polymer grip module with a matte black slide and a 3.9-inch steel barrel. It has ambidextrous slide catch levers and no external manual safety. The stainless steel receiver chassis adds durability to the core assembly.
It ships with one 21-round and one 17-round steel double-stack magazine, both marked “MADE IN ITALY.” The pistol is marked NEWINGTON, NH, USA.
