This Remington Model 700 BDL in 6mm Rem. stands out with its less common chambering, high-polish blued metalwork, and classic BDL walnut stock. It features a 22 in sporter barrel with a recessed crown, a ramped front sight, and a factory internal 4-round magazine with a hinged floorplate. A Pachmayr White Line recoil pad is neatly fitted, and 1 in rings are included; the base shown in photos is not included.
The sporter-weight barrel keeps the rifle lively while the recessed crown helps protect the rifling at the muzzle. A ramped front sight is installed and there is no rear barrel sight, with the receiver ready for glass. Two plugged holes on the barrel near the receiver indicate prior rear sight base holes.
The Model 700 action includes a two-position safety and a knurled bolt knob face. The deep, high-polish blued finish complements the BDL configuration with its internal 4-round magazine and hinged floorplate.
The BDL-grade walnut stock is finished in high gloss and configured with a right-hand Monte Carlo comb and cheekpiece. It wears fleur-de-lis bordered cut checkering, a contrasting fore-end tip with spacer, and sling swivel studs, delivering the signature BDL look and handling.
