Controls and ergonomics mirror the 90 Series: DA/SA action with an ambidextrous slide-mounted safety/decocker, plus an open-top slide with rear serrations. Fixed sights consist of a front blade and a square-notch rear.
Following the M9A1 pattern, the dust cover includes an integral accessory rail with two cross-slots. The pistol wears a matte black finish over both slide and frame and has black checkered synthetic grips with Beretta medallions.
Origin and markings are clear: "MADE IN GERMANY BY UMAREX" with German CIP proofs including CIP N, DE23, and UX/DE. A factory warning notes it can fire without a magazine inserted. Frame and barrel carry matching serial numbers.
