The P-32 uses a short-recoil, locked-breech, tilting-barrel system that is unusual in .32 ACP. This operating method pairs with an internal-hammer, double-action-only trigger for consistent pulls and simple operation.
Dimensioned for deep concealment, it measures 5.1 in long, 3.5 in high, and only 0.75 in wide, with an unloaded weight of about 6.6 oz. Capacity is 7+1, and the left-side push-button magazine release supports quick changes.
Construction features include a blued 4140 steel slide, an in-the-white 4140 steel barrel, a 7075-T6 aluminum internal frame, and a black high-impact polymer grip/frame with molded diamond checkering. The frame is marked Cocoa, Florida, USA.
The sights are fixed and low-profile, with a small front blade and an integral rear notch. The slide has rear-only cocking serrations. There is no external manual safety or slide release; an internal last-round slide hold-open is provided.
