The heart of this SABRE-10 is its 18-inch barrel with a threaded muzzle capped by a birdcage flash hider. It is chambered in .308 Winchester and is compatible with SR-25/LR-pattern magazines, offering a 20+1 capacity with the included magazine.
The slick-side upper lacks a forward assist and integrates a brass deflector and ejection port cover. A free-float M-LOK aluminum handguard uses internal X-brace webs for rigidity and carries a continuous top Picatinny rail, with a U.S.A. stamp near the receiver.
Controls and handling are enhanced by an ambidextrous safety selector and a flat-faced trigger. The adjustable stock provides an adjustable length of pull and adjustable comb, with a listed length of pull of 14.5 inches. A tan Magpul polymer pistol grip complements the stock.
Construction centers on aluminum receivers with a black base finish beneath the custom paint. The magwell bears the PSA crest, and manufacturer rollmarks read Palmetto State Armory West Columbia SC. The rifle uses a direct impingement, rotating-bolt, semi-automatic action and is made in the USA.
