It uses Glock's Safe Action system with a 5.5 lb trigger and includes the integral trigger safety tab, firing pin safety, and drop safety. The slide has a matte black finish with rear serrations for confident manipulation.
The black polymer frame features pebble-textured side panels and the Glock Universal rail (not 1913) for mounting compatible lights or accessories. Controls include the standard, left-side, non-ambidextrous magazine release.
Sighting is straightforward with fixed sights. The 4.61 inch barrel features Glock's polygonal rifling.
Origin and markings include: country of origin Austria and factory import/proof text "MADE IN AUSTRIA GLOCK, INC., SMYRNA, GA." The barrel, slide, and frame all carry matching serial numbers.
