This Smith & Wesson M&P15-22 Sport is a dedicated .22 LR AR-pattern rifle with a lightweight polymer receiver set and a carbon steel 16.5" threaded barrel capped with an A2-style flash suppressor. It includes an installed ambidextrous extended charging handle and comes with four factory 25-round magazines. The rifle is in excellent condition and features a full-length 1913 Picatinny top rail and a slim polymer M-LOK handguard.

The M&P15-22 Sport is built as a true .22 LR AR-platform rifle, featuring polymer upper and lower receivers in a matte black finish. It operates via a semi-automatic blowback system with a manual safety selector and retains AR-style controls, including a functional bolt catch and last-round hold-open. This model is configured without a forward assist or an ejection-port dust cover.
The 16.5" carbon steel barrel is threaded and fitted with an A2-style flash suppressor. A 1:15 RH twist rate is optimized for .22 LR. The bore condition is excellent with a clean, mirror finish and sharp rifling.
Furniture includes a slim polymer M-LOK handguard and a six-position collapsible stock with a molded sling loop, paired with an A2-style polymer pistol grip. The rifle carries a full-length 1913 Picatinny top rail across the receiver and handguard. Per S&W documentation, only the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock rows on the handguard are structural attachment points.
An ambidextrous extended charging handle with enlarged latches is installed for bilateral charging. Capacity is 25+1, and this example includes four factory 25-round M&P15-22 magazines. This rifle ships configured without sights. Made in the United States.
