This customized PA-15 pairs a Palmetto State Armory lower with a Bear Creek Arsenal right-side-charging upper and a 20-inch fluted stainless barrel in .224 Valkyrie. It comes set up for precision-focused shooting with an A*B Arms adjustable stock, a free-float M-LOK handguard with a slick-top (no top rail) design and a short bottom Picatinny section installed, a multi-port muzzle brake, and a mounted 8–32x50 AOEG scope and UTG Recon bipod. Clean, well-configured, and ready to use, it offers a feature-rich AR-15 platform in a modern long-range cartridge.

The upper is a Bear Creek Arsenal right-side-charging design paired with a PSA PA-15 lower, chambered in .224 Valkyrie. The action is AR-15 direct impingement with a manual safety, offering familiar controls within the AR platform.
Its 20-inch fluted stainless steel barrel features a 1:7 twist and a multi-port muzzle brake. The barrel is threaded, and the rifle uses a free-float M-LOK handguard with a slick-top (no 12 o'clock Picatinny rail); a short 1913 Picatinny section is installed at the 6 o'clock for the bipod.
Furniture includes an A*B Arms adjustable precision carbine stock with a cheek riser, length-of-pull wheel, a rubber buttpad, and a bottom accessory rail. Length of pull is set to 12 inches as configured. A rubberized finger-groove pistol grip with wrap/tape is installed for a secure hold.
Optics and support gear are already mounted: an 8–32x50 AOEG variable scope (brand not marked) on a UTG AIR12250 one-piece mount, plus a UTG Recon M-LOK bipod (TL-BPDM01). The rifle uses a STANAG pattern detachable box magazine interface and includes one 10-round magazine. Finish is two-tone: black with FDE/tan furniture and an exposed stainless (silver) barrel, and the rifle is made in the USA.
