The P17 is a hammer-fired, single-action, straight blowback .22 LR pistol configured for 10+1 capacity with single-stack magazines. Despite its compact size, it offers a full feature set with ambidextrous manual safety and a paddle-style ambidextrous magazine release.
The 3.8 in steel barrel is threaded 1/2x28 TPI with a 1:14 twist. The slide provides cocking serrations and uses a Torx-fastened slide cover for serviceable, modular construction.
Sights include a high-visibility front and an adjustable rear for clear alignment. The dust cover integrates a Picatinny accessory rail for mounting compatible lights or accessories.
The frame and slide cover are glass-reinforced nylon finished in OD Green, while the barrel and internal slide core/trunnion are steel.
