The Gen4 system adds the dual recoil spring assembly and the Modular Backstrap System, giving the shooter factory-adjustable grip sizing with beavertail options. This pistol retains the single-side slide stop lever and the enlarged, reversible magazine release.
The polymer frame features Glock's RTF textured grip with finger grooves and an integrated accessory rail. The slide wears a matte black finish and uses an extractor that doubles as a loaded-chamber indicator.
Sighting is via fixed polymer sights: a white-dot front and white U-notch rear. The cold hammer-forged steel barrel measures 4.49 inches and uses polygonal rifling.
This Austrian-made example shows Austrian proof markings on the barrel, plus MADE IN AUSTRIA and GLOCK, INC., SMYRNA, GA import marks. It is a non-MOS configuration with matching serial numbers on the slide, barrel, and frame.
