The P45 sits in Kahr’s P-Series as a compact, single-stack .45 ACP designed around a slim 1.01-inch slide width and a 6.07-inch overall length. Its Premium Series build is highlighted by the blackened stainless Diamond Black slide finish, confirmed on the included factory case label.
The 3.54-inch barrel uses polygonal rifling and a 1:16.38 right-hand twist. The pistol runs a striker-fired DAO, locked-breech system with a listed 7.0-pound trigger. A passive striker block provides added internal safety, and the recoil system uses a non-captive spring on a steel guide rod.
Controls are on the left side with a push-button magazine release. The slide carries rear-only serrations for manipulation. The polymer frame is finished in black and features aggressive molded texturing with the Kahr "K" medallion for a secure grip.
Sights are dovetailed and drift-adjustable in a 3-dot configuration. The sight bodies are marked "TG-H3" as noted. Capacity is 6+1 with the included factory KAHR-marked steel magazines.
