Italian proofed and imported by Benelli U.S.A., it features an aluminum alloy receiver, black synthetic stock with shim-adjustable drop and cast, and a red front bead. It is threaded for Benelli ARMI screw-in chokes and comes with tubes marked "STEEL SHOT OK."

The M1 Super 90 Field uses Benelli's inertia-driven system with a rotating bolt, delivering clean operation in a lightweight platform. The 12-gauge, 3-inch chamber accepts both 2 3/4-inch and 3-inch shells, offering flexibility for field use.
The 21-inch vent-rib barrel is threaded for Benelli ARMI chokes. This example includes Improved Cylinder and Cylinder tubes, both marked "STEEL SHOT OK." The choke system accommodates common constrictions including Modified, Improved Cylinder, and Cylinder.
Controls and layout are straightforward, with a cartridge drop lever/button on the right side of the receiver and a tubular magazine with a flush cap. Listed capacity is 2+1. A red front bead sits on the rib for quick alignment.
Construction details include a matte black aluminum alloy receiver and a black synthetic stock with molded checkering and a recoil pad. The factory shim system allows user adjustment of drop and cast, and length of pull is 14.0 inches. A rear sling-swivel stud is installed.
This shotgun bears Italian CIP proofs (PSF/BP) and importer markings: Benelli U.S.A. Corp., Accokeek, MD, Made in Italy, as well as Benelli Armi S.p.A., Urbino, Made in Italy. The bolt is marked Benelli Armi System. The package also includes a Benelli molded hard case, manual, stock shim kit, MF-82 oil, and a factory Benelli magazine tube extension kit (parts only, not installed).
