This FN America SCAR 17S NRCH is a 7.62x51 NATO semi-automatic rifle in excellent condition with the NRCH version’s dual non-reciprocating charging handles. It features a 16.25-inch cold hammer-forged, chrome-lined barrel, a monolithic aluminum upper receiver with a separate polymer lower, flip-up iron sights, and a side-folding, telescoping stock with an adjustable cheek riser. Assembled in the USA of domestic and foreign components, it includes the factory box, NRCH owner’s manual, and one 10-round magazine.

The NRCH version adds ambidextrous, dual non-reciprocating charging handles that lock forward during firing, paired with an ambidextrous safety selector. The action is a semi-automatic, short-stroke gas piston system with an adjustable gas regulator.
The 16.25-inch barrel is cold hammer-forged and chrome-lined with a 1:12 RH twist. It is marked "MP CHF 7.62x51 1:12" and is fitted with a multi-port muzzle brake/compensator.
The rifle uses a monolithic aluminum upper receiver (extruded and machined) finished in black and manufacturer marked "FN America, Columbia, SC USA," mated to a separate polymer lower/fire-control housing. The rifle’s black polymer stock side-folds and telescopes, and includes an adjustable cheek riser and adjustable length of pull. A rubber overmolded, finger-groove AR-style pistol grip (Hogue-type) completes the handling package.
Sighting and mounting surfaces include flip-up front and rear iron sights and a full-length numbered MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny top rail, with accessory rails at the 3 and 6 o’clock positions. The handguard integrates the 12 o’clock top rail for uninterrupted mounting space.
This rifle accepts FN SCAR-H/17S pattern magazines and comes with one 10-round magazine installed. Capacity is 10+1 with 7.62x51 NATO ammunition.
