The SAINT Victor 9mm pistol is built on a dedicated 9mm forged receiver set with a straight-wall 9mm magwell and an ejection port cover marked "9MM." The upper includes a case deflector and dust cover (forward assist configuration may vary), and the platform is compatible with Colt-pattern 9mm AR magazines.
Its 8.5" CMV steel barrel uses a melonite treatment and a 1:10 twist, paired with Springfield Armory's "Muzzle Drum" forward-blast muzzle device to manage blast signature at the muzzle. The direct blowback, semi-automatic action keeps the operating system straightforward for the AR-9 format.
Controls and fire control components are enhanced with an ambidextrous safety selector featuring a 45-degree short throw and a flat-faced, nickel-boron coated, single-stage trigger. A free-float aluminum M-LOK handguard with a full-length, T-marked Picatinny top rail provides rigid accessory mounting across the upper.
