In 1900 the business was taken over by Les Fabriques d’Armes Réunies S.A., and products no longer appeared under the Bertrand name. The brand’s legacy centers on Liège-made trade-name revolvers often sold under names like “The Terrific,” “The Destroyer,” and “The Zulu.”
