Österreichische Werke Arsenal (ÖWA), also known as Austrian Works Arsenal (OWA), was founded in Austria in 1921 by the Republic of Austria. The enterprise produced pistols in the early 1920s and was wound down by the mid-1930s with no successor firearms brand. Its defining legacy is the 6.35 mm (.25 ACP) pocket pistol made at the Vienna Arsenal in the early 1920s.
