Beginning in 2015 its assets were acquired by Invincible Arms; the Black Forge name continued only as a parts and components line with no new complete firearms, and the original Florida LLC was administratively dissolved on September 25, 2015. Its legacy centers on AR-15 pattern rifles produced in Orlando around 2013–2014.
