In 2023 it was acquired by Nighthawk Custom; operations moved to Berryville, Arkansas, and rifles now sell under the Cooper Rifles of Arkansas name. Its legacy centers on custom-grade, high-accuracy bolt-action rifles for varmint and hunting use.
