Eagle Arms, Inc. was a United States firearms manufacturer founded in 1986 by Karl Lewis and Jim Glazier. After a January 1994 acquisition, the company acquired the ArmaLite trademark in 1995 and was reorganized as ArmaLite, with Eagle Arms becoming a division and new production continuing under the ArmaLite name. Its defining legacy is its late-1980s and early-1990s AR-15-pattern rifles.
