EDM Arms, Inc. was a United States manufacturer founded in 1996 by William (Bill) Ritchie. The company ceased operations in 2016 after Ritchie’s death; its Mini-Windrunner design was sold to Nemesis Arms in 2008, and related large-caliber rifles and support continued under Vigilance Rifles Inc. Its lasting legacy is the Windrunner series of takedown bolt-action rifles, which also informed later designs such as CheyTac’s M200 Intervention.
