Gemini Technologies, Incorporated (dba Gemtech) was a United States manufacturer founded in 1993 by Philip H. Dater with Mark Weiss and Jim Ryan. In July 2017 it was acquired by Smith & Wesson, and Gemtech now operates as a suppressor brand within Smith & Wesson rather than an independent company. Its defining legacy is firearm suppressors, including quick-attach designs such as Bi-Lock and the modern ETM mount.
