The brand is now defunct; its M1 Carbine reproductions were later continued under the Auto-Ordnance brand of Kahr Arms, which machined receivers for IAI before launching its own line in 2005. IAI’s legacy centers on U.S. GI-spec M1 Carbine reproductions assembled in Houston, Texas.
