The Huglu 103 D is a Turkish-made 12 gauge over/under built for field use but finished with hand-chiseled scroll engraving and a gold-washed Huglu crest. Chambered for modern 3-inch loads and proofed for steel shot, this D-grade example pairs a matte silver steel receiver with blued, chrome-lined 4140 barrels. Tight barrel lock-up, extractor-only operation, and a single-selective trigger give shooters reliable function, while the satin oil-finished Turkish walnut stock offers classic style and a slight right-hand cast-off for better gun fit.
Condition
Overall Condition: Very good condition, showing only light, superficial signs of prior handling or use.
Bore Condition: Excellent – Clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear.
Specific Condition Notes: The walnut carries a few small scuffs and dings. Barrels lock up very tight to the receiver, and the locking lug shows ample service life remaining.

Produced by Turkey’s oldest shotgun cooperative, every Huglu is built by craftsmen who are also owners, and that pride shows in the tight barrel fit and uniform metal-to-wood joins on this gun. The D grade follows the company’s traditional field configuration—silver receiver, single-selective trigger, and extractor—later used as the pattern for CZ’s Woodcock line.
Both 28-inch barrels are cut from 4140 chrome-moly steel, chrome-lined, and threaded for Mobil tubes. Twin Modified chokes are included, making the gun ready for upland birds, small game, or clays right out of the case.
The matte silver steel receiver carries hand-chiseled scroll work on the flanks and hinge pin, complemented by a gold-washed Huglu crest on the spindle. The result is subtle decoration that stays practical for hard field use.
An oil-finished Turkish walnut stock with pistol grip, wrap-around checkering, and a slight right-hand cast-off combines traditional looks with a measured 14-inch length of pull. A field-style forend and rubber recoil pad complete the handling package.
