Henry machines the Big Boy X entirely in Rice Lake, Wisconsin, and fits it with both a side-loading gate and a removable magazine tube, giving shooters fast top-offs at the range and effortless, tool-free unloading at day’s end.
The 17.4-inch blued steel barrel is cut with a 1:16 right-hand twist for reliable accuracy with .357 Magnum and subsonic .38 Special loads. Factory 5/8x24 threads let you attach a suppressor or muzzle brake without aftermarket gunsmithing.
Synthetic stock and forend stand up to hard field use, while M-LOK slots, a short Picatinny rail, and an ambidextrous sling stud simplify mounting lights, bipods, or slings. A large-loop, paracord-wrapped lever offers positive control even with gloved hands.
Bright green fiber-optic front and fully adjustable orange fiber-optic rear sights deliver fast target acquisition in varied light. The drilled-and-tapped receiver accepts Henry’s BB-RSM scope base for optic-ready versatility.
A transfer-bar safety allows the hammer to rest off the firing pin, giving peace of mind during loading, unloading, and carry while preserving the traditional external-hammer look and feel.
