The METE MC9 Prime is the inaugural model to roll off Canik’s West Palm Beach, Florida assembly line, marking a milestone for the brand’s stateside production. Despite its micro size, the design uses extended flush-profile magazines to deliver a 17+1 round capacity without compromising concealability.
A 3.64-inch 4140 steel barrel is fluted, ported, and finished in black nitride. The integral compensator vents gas upward to limit muzzle rise, while the 1:10 right-hand twist supports a wide range of 9mm loads.
The black-nitride slide carries aggressive front and rear serrations, weight-reducing cuts, and a recessed PRIME plate over an RMSc-footprint optic cut. Factory Night Fision tritium sights are tall enough to co-witness with compatible red dots such as the Holosun 407K/507K or Mecanik MO4.
A glass-fiber-reinforced polymer frame features full-coverage laser stippling, memory pads, and a double undercut trigger guard. The flat-faced aluminum trigger breaks cleanly at 90 degrees with a 4.5-pound pull.
Each pistol ships in a premium hard case with a serialized label and a deep accessory package, including a G-Code Phenom Stealth holster, speed loader, backstraps, and armorer’s tools—providing buyers with a turn-key carry setup straight from the factory.
