Staccato 2011 DVC Open 9 mm – Full-Size Competition Pistol with Integrated Compensator
The DVC Open is Staccato’s purpose-built 2011 race gun, designed for Major 9 mm power factors and ready for USPSA Open division out of the box. A bull barrel with an integral three-port TruBor-style compensator, hard-chromed slide with weight-saving windows, and a modular 2011 steel frame with polymer grip module give this pistol its edge. Serial prefix “TX” places it among the first-run DVC Opens produced in Texas circa 2015–2016, making it a notable early example.
Condition
Overall Condition: Excellent condition, showing only faint signs of any prior use or handling.
Bore Condition: Excellent – clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear, sharp lands and grooves.
Specific Condition Notes: Minor handling wear is present, and there is scratching by the magwell (see photos), but both cosmetic condition and mechanical function remain excellent.

The 5-inch bull barrel combines with an integral three-port compensator to keep the muzzle flat during rapid strings, letting shooters stay on target and track the dot with ease.
Lightening windows and oval relief cuts in the hard-chromed slide cut reciprocating mass without sacrificing rigidity. The result is faster cyclic speed and less perceived recoil.
STI’s modular 2011 steel frame pairs with an aggressively textured polymer grip module and an oversized aluminum funnel mag-well, streamlining speedy reloads even under match pressure.
Competition-focused controls include ambidextrous extended thumb safeties, a skeletonized trigger with an adjustable over-travel screw, and a dual-detent reversible slide-racker that doubles as an optic plate anchor.
The pistol ships with a GoGun USA BOSS optic bridge, allowing immediate mounting of the included C-More-pattern red-dot (optic not included) and positioning a gas pedal for extra leverage during recoil management.
