The rifle retains its original GJJ-prefix serial range from the West Springfield, Massachusetts era, making it a notable piece for enthusiasts tracking Troy’s evolution from parts supplier to OEM firearm maker.

The rifle ships with flip-up back-up iron sights, including an aftermarket Votatu rear unit, allowing shooters to run optics yet retain instant mechanical sighting capability.
A 6-position M4-pattern polymer stock has been mechanically pinned to a fixed length, a permanent modification often required in restrictive jurisdictions, while the Hogue-style over-molded grip offers secure, ergonomic control.
