This RAK-47 Classical pairs Riley Defense’s forged trunnion, bolt, and carrier with teak wood furniture and a nitrided 16.25" 4150 CMV barrel. The result is a U.S.-made AKM pattern rifle that blends classic aesthetics with modern durability. An aftermarket UTG Pro hinged railed dust cover adds easy optics mounting, while updated QC standards (serial prefix “B,” 2021-present) ensure consistent fit and finish.

Overall Condition: Very good condition, showing only light, superficial signs of prior handling or use. Minor superficial scratches and blemishes are present.

The stamped-steel receiver wears a uniform black-oxide finish that matches the nitrided barrel. The forged components and medium-weight barrel provide a solid foundation for reliability and accuracy.
Furniture is genuine teak with a medium-orange semi-gloss stain. The fixed, straight-comb stock and matching AKM handguards retain the bayonet lug and cleaning rod for a traditional look. A black polymer pistol grip offers modern ergonomics.
Functionality upgrades include a standard mag release and a safety lever with a bolt-hold-open notch for quicker reloads and safer range handling. The UTG Pro top cover’s hinged design maintains zero when swung open for maintenance and presents a full-length Picatinny rail for optics.
The rifle keeps standard AKM iron sights: an adjustable front post and tangent-leaf rear graduated to 1,000 m.
