The forged 7075-T6 receivers feature a Type III hard-coat anodized black finish and a flat-top upper with a MIL-STD-1913 rail. The lower is roll-marked PA-15 MULTI with the Palmetto State Armory West Columbia, SC address.
The 16 in. 4150 CMV barrel is nitride treated, threaded 1/2-28, and paired with a low-profile gas block under the free-float handguard. An aftermarket spiral multi-port muzzle brake is installed. The rifle uses a direct impingement, rotating-bolt operating system with a 1:7 twist rate for 5.56mm NATO.
The PSA 15 in. lightweight free-float M-LOK aluminum handguard provides ample accessory mounting, while the flat-top Picatinny rail offers straightforward optics placement.
Controls and furniture include a manual safety selector, a mil-spec curved trigger, a blue-anodized extended charging-handle latch, a Magpul MOE adjustable 6-position stock, and a Magpul MOE polymer pistol grip with a stippled texture. Capacity is 30+1, and one 30-round PMAG is included.
