The P239 Nitron pairs a stainless steel slide with a Nitron matte black finish and a hard-anodized black aluminum alloy frame, yielding a durable, corrosion-resistant carry-size pistol. Its compact, single-stack design maintains a slim profile while chambered in 9mm Luger.
The 3.6-inch stainless steel barrel is broach-rifled and fitted with a polished hood. This setup supports precise lockup and smooth cycling while keeping overall length manageable for concealment.
Controls and operation include a DA/SA trigger system, decocker, and an exposed, serrated spur hammer. Internal safety systems consist of a firing pin block, safety intercept notch, and disconnector. There is no accessory rail on this model.
Sight picture is provided by fixed bar-dot contrast sights, with a dovetailed front blade (single white dot) and dovetailed rear notch (single white dot). Rear slide serrations aid manipulation. Black polymer grip panels provide a secure grasp, and capacity is 8+1 using the included single-stack magazines.
