Built in Finland with Finnish and Helsinki proofs, it features the pre-T3x receiver marked "T3," a smooth two-lug bolt with a 70-degree throw, and a user-adjustable single-stage trigger. The rifle wears a matte blued finish and a lightweight glass-fiber-reinforced polymer stock.

The cold hammer-forged chrome-moly steel barrel measures 24 in and has a sporter profile with a matte blued finish. It is factory threaded and currently fitted with an aftermarket radial muzzle brake. The 1:10 twist supports a wide range of .338 Win. Mag. loads.
The T3 action uses a two-lug bolt with a 70-degree throw and a polished bolt body for smooth cycling. A single-stage, user-adjustable trigger and a two-position safety that locks the trigger and bolt handle (bolt can be opened on safe via the bolt-release button) round out the control set.
The receiver is chrome-moly steel with a matte blued finish. Optics mounting is flexible thanks to an integral 17 mm dovetail and additional 6-48 scope-mount holes. There are no factory iron sights.
The stock is glass-fiber-reinforced polymer in black with molded checkering for grip, a rubber recoil pad, and sling swivel studs. Length of pull is 13.75 in, suited to a wide range of shooters.
Feeding is via a detachable 4-round magnum polymer magazine for a total capacity of 4+1. This rifle is a pre-T3x generation example, with the receiver marked "T3" and Finnish proof marks including the Helsinki proof.
