The RAMI D variant pairs a short-recoil, locked-breech DA/SA system with a decocker, firing pin block, and half-cock notch. It retains CZ’s internal slide-in-frame rail design for guided slide travel and includes rear cocking serrations with front lightening scallops. The 3 in steel barrel is cold hammer forged and nitrided, and both frame and slide wear CZ’s black Polycoat finish.
Factory fixed tritium 3-dot night sights are fitted, with a pinned front blade and a dovetailed, drift-adjustable rear. The trigger is DA/SA with a curved, serrated face, and the external ring hammer provides clear status at a glance. Textured rubber grip panels offer a secure hold without adding bulk.
Markings include the CIP proof mark with a '20' date code, CZ-USA Kansas City, KS import mark, and 'MADE IN CZECH REPUBLIC' on the frame. This example represents 2020 final-year production of the discontinued RAMI line, with matching serial numbers on the slide, barrel, and frame.
Magazine flexibility is a strong point: it accepts CZ-75 pattern double-stack magazines. Included are five original steel magazines, with a mix of extended 14-round and flush 10-round types. The dust cover is smooth with no accessory rail, preserving the compact profile.
