This German-made USP45 V1 is a full-size .45 ACP with DA/SA operation and left-side safety/decocker that supports Condition 1 carry. It features a cold-hammer-forged, nitrocarburized polygonal barrel, a Hostile Environment matte-black slide, and a glass-fiber-reinforced polymer frame. Two 10-round steel magazines are included.

The V1 control configuration places the safety/decocker on the left side and is Condition 1 capable. The pistol uses a DA/SA, short-recoil, tilting-barrel system paired with a captive recoil reduction buffer designed for durability and control.
The 4.41 in barrel is cold-hammer-forged with polygonal rifling and a nitrocarburized treatment. The slide wears HK's Hostile Environment matte-black finish and includes rear slide serrations. An external extractor also functions as a loaded chamber indicator.
Sight alignment is straightforward with fixed 3-dot sights: a white-dot front post and a fixed square-notch rear that is drift-adjustable. The bobbed spur hammer and textured grip panels with backstrap serrations provide a secure handling surface on the glass-fiber-reinforced polymer frame.
The USP accessory rail is HK's proprietary pre-Picatinny pattern; an adapter is required for most modern lights. Capacity is 10+1, and this pistol includes two 10-round steel magazines with witness holes. Markings include German CIP/N proof, an importer mark for Heckler & Koch, INC. Sterling VA, and a "Made in Germany" frame marking.
