This H001L is the factory large-loop lever model, giving it a distinctive control layout while retaining the classic Henry rimfire carbine profile. With a 16.13 in barrel and 34 in overall length, it is compact and easy to handle at just 4.5 lb.
It accepts .22 Short, .22 Long, and .22 Long Rifle. The tubular magazine holds 12+1 with .22 LR and 16+1 with .22 Short, providing generous capacity for extended shooting.
Construction is robust and practical, with a blued 4140 steel barrel and an alloy receiver finished in matte black anodizing. The stock and slim fore-end are American walnut with a satin finish, featuring a straight-grip layout, a black polymer buttplate, and no sling-swivel stud holes. Length of pull is 14.0 in.
Sight alignment is straightforward with a hooded blade front and a semi-buckhorn rear that is elevation-adjustable. The receiver is grooved 3/8 in for rimfire scope rings. The rifle uses a 1:16 RH twist and includes a quarter-cock hammer notch safety with an exposed hammer.
