The SFx Rival’s striker-fired action uses a flat-faced aluminum trigger with a crisp 90-degree break and integrated safety blade. Paired with the 5-inch black-nitride barrel, it delivers a long sight radius and fast lock-time that competitive shooters appreciate.
Canik machines the slide with deep front and rear serrations and three window ports that reduce reciprocating mass. An optic-ready cut comes factory-fitted with a mounting plate, and this pistol arrives with the open-emitter Mecanik MO2 red-dot already zero-ready. Fiber-optic front and fully adjustable rear sights remain co-witness capable.
The Rival Grey polymer frame uses glass-fiber reinforcement for rigidity while keeping the unloaded weight to 29.5 oz. A MIL-STD-1913 four-slot dust-cover rail accepts lights or lasers, and the reversible magazine release includes three button sizes (medium installed) for tailored control.
Gold-anodized accents on the trigger, mag release, and other small parts contrast with the Rival Grey finish, creating a distinctive two-tone package straight from Canik’s competition line. The 18+1 capacity, spare baseplates, and modular backstraps round out a feature set aimed at serious shooters.
