The FR-9 features an 8 in 4150 CMV steel barrel with a 1/2-36 threaded muzzle and an A2-style flash hider. The 1:10 RH twist supports common 9mm loads, and the straight blowback system keeps operation simple and consistent.
Its flat-top slick-side upper provides a continuous Picatinny rail, and the 7 in free-float M-LOK handguard adds an uninterrupted top rail for sights and accessories. The rail-ready layout makes mounting optics and lights straightforward.
The dedicated Glock-pattern lower includes an enlarged ejector block and accepts Glock 9mm magazines and drums. Capacity is listed at 33+1, and the pistol ships with one extended 33-round magazine.
Controls include a manual safety and a rear charging handle. It uses a round pistol buffer tube with a foam cheek sleeve and a staked castle nut, plus a polymer A2-style pistol grip. Made in the United States.
