What’s Included
- Vortex Viper PST Gen II 5-25×50 SFP riflescope, EBR-7C MOA illuminated reticle
- Lens caps
The 5-25× zoom range pairs with a large 50 mm objective to maintain a usable exit pupil throughout the magnification span, giving a bright sight picture at dawn, dusk, and every stop in between. Fully multi-coated lenses are protected by Vortex’s hard ArmorTek exterior coating that resists scratches, oil, and dirt.
The EBR-7C MOA reticle is glass-etched for clarity, features 1 MOA hash marks for elevation and windage, and illuminates in red for fast target acquisition against dark backgrounds. Because it sits in the second focal plane, the reticle maintains a consistent sight picture while offering fine aiming precision at higher power.
Exposed tactical turrets track in crisp 1/4 MOA increments and reset to zero quickly after sight-in. The ZeroStop-style system lets the shooter dial for elevation then return to an indexed zero without looking, an advantage during competition or field use.
An integrated side knob combines 10-level illumination with parallax adjustment from 25 yards to infinity, streamlining controls on the optic’s left side. O-ring seals and argon purging keep the scope waterproof and fogproof across temperature swings.
Marked “Vortex Optics USA” and “Made in the Philippines,” this scope carries U.S. patent numbers 8,166,696 and 7,937,879, underscoring the proprietary features built into the Gen II PST series.
