Heckler & Koch VP9 9mm Full-Size Striker-Fired Pistol – Early Non-Optic-Cut Model with Ambidextrous Paddle Mag Release
This German-made VP9 is an early, pre-2020 configuration that retains the factory charging-support wings and its original, non-optic-cut slide. A cold-hammer-forged polygonal barrel, modular 27-configuration grip system, and ambidextrous paddle-style magazine release make this VP9 a feature-rich choice for shooters who appreciate HK’s design details.

What’s Included
- Heckler & Koch VP9 pistol
- One 15-round HK factory steel magazine
The cold-hammer-forged steel barrel uses HK’s polygonal rifling for long service life and consistent accuracy. A 1:9.8 RH twist rate stabilizes a wide range of 9mm bullet weights.
The slide carries both front and rear serrations plus polymer charging-support wings, giving the shooter multiple secure gripping points. Photoluminescent three-dot sights provide fast acquisition in varied lighting and are drift-adjustable at the rear.
An ambidextrous paddle-style magazine release and slide-stop levers on both sides let right- and left-handed shooters operate the pistol without modification. The VP9’s 27-piece grip panel system offers three interchangeable backstraps and six side panels for a custom fit.
Internally, the striker-fired action features a crisp, approximately 5 lb. trigger with a pivoting safety tab. The full-length steel slide rails molded into the polymer frame add durability and consistent lock-up.
