The heavy 24-inch barrel features an 8-groove, 1:14 RH twist and wears a banded ramp blade front sight, folding express rear sight, and a non-factory multi-port stainless muzzle brake that tames recoil. A quarter-rib accepts Ruger proprietary rings (not included), and the adjustable ejector can be set to extract or fully eject spent cases.
An aftermarket Kick-EeZ pad lengthens the pull to 14.5 inches and further softens the .458 Lott’s recoil. The Alexander-Henry fore-end, pistol-grip buttstock, and sling swivel studs round out a package designed for serious field work while maintaining the classic lines of the Farquharson-style falling-block action.
