Built on forged 7075-T6 aluminum receivers and fitted with a chrome-moly steel 16-inch barrel, this carbine offers reliable 5.56 NATO performance in a familiar M4 profile. A Panther Polished Trigger, full-length Picatinny top rail, and Magpul MBUS rear sight round out a versatile package for range use, defense, or collection.

Forged 7075-T6 receivers finished with MIL-A-8625F Type III hard-coat anodizing give this DR-15 the same material strength specified for military contracts while keeping overall weight low. The flat-top upper sports a full-length Picatinny rail, making optic mounting straightforward without extra hardware.
The 16-inch chrome-moly steel barrel uses a 1:7" twist to stabilize popular 62–77 grain projectiles. A carbine-length direct-impingement gas system and F-marked front sight base replicate standard M4 function, and the muzzle is threaded 1/2-28 for flash hiders, brakes, or suppressors.
DPMS’s Panther Polished Trigger offers a smooth single-stage break that improves shot consistency over typical mil-spec triggers. A6-position collapsible stock and ribbed polymer handguards complete the classic handling profile while allowing easy length-of-pull adjustment.
