The FSAAP FR-9 blends familiar AR ergonomics with a dedicated Glock-pattern magazine well, delivering a purpose-built pistol-caliber carbine that is light, strong, and ready for accessories. Billet-machined FA-27 aluminum receivers, a free-float 13" M-LOK handguard, and a 16" 4150/416 steel threaded barrel make this U.S.-made rifle a straightforward choice for PCC competition or home-defense use.
Condition
Overall Condition: As-new condition with no signs of prior handling beyond what’s typical from inspection (see photos). The exterior finish shows no marks, and all controls operate smoothly.
Bore Condition: Excellent – Clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear. Rifling is sharp and well-defined.

The FR-9 operates on a straight-blowback system tuned for standard, subsonic, and +P 9mm loads. A last-round bolt-hold-open device speeds reloads and adds practical functionality lacking on many AR-9 builds.
Both upper and lower receivers are cut from FA-27 “super-alloy” billet, giving the rifle a balance of rigidity and weight savings. The receivers wear a hard-coat anodized black finish that matches the polymer A2-style pistol grip and six-position collapsible stock.
The 16" 4150/416 steel barrel is threaded 1/2x36 tpi and capped for easy suppressor or muzzle-device installation. A full-length Picatinny rail runs seamlessly into the 13" free-float M-LOK handguard, offering ample room for optics, iron sights, and lights.
A push-button magazine release, ambidextrous-friendly manual safety selector, and AR-standard controls ensure intuitive handling for shooters already familiar with the AR platform.
