A modular serialized fire-control unit, 4.3" DLC-coated barrel, and direct-mount RMS-c optic cut give this striker-fired pistol duty-grade capability while retaining the 1.1" width that made the P365 famous.

Built around SIG’s modular P365 fire-control unit, the FUSE pairs a slim X-Macro grip with a full-length slide to deliver a duty-length sight radius without adding bulk. The removable alloy magwell and aggressive LXG laser-stippled texture promote fast reloads and confident control.
The carbon-steel barrel wears a durable DLC coating for extended service life, while the Nitron-finished slide features front and rear serrations plus relief cuts at the muzzle to reduce reciprocating mass. A factory optic cut accepts RMS-c-footprint red dots and allows iron-sight co-witnessing.
A flat-faced, nickel-plated trigger offers a crisp break, and the reversible magazine release makes the pistol equally convenient for right- or left-handed shooters. Integrated accessory rails let you mount lights or lasers without aftermarket parts.
Bright green fiber-optic front and black serrated rear sights give a clear daylight sight picture right out of the box. This SKU (365XF-9-BFO-10) ships with 10-round magazines, making it compliant in capacity-restricted jurisdictions while still providing a 10+1 carry load.
