Product Description

    Richland Arms Model 711 Magnum 10 Gauge Side-by-Side, 32" Full/Full, 3.5" Chamber

One of the few post-war side-by-side shotguns built for 3.5-inch 10-gauge shells, this Spanish-made Richland Arms Model 711 Magnum combines hard-to-find magnum capability with classic double-gun styling. Forged steel construction, fixed Full/Full chokes, and light border engraving give it the solid feel and understated looks collectors expect, while the long 32-inch barrels and solid matted rib deliver the reach serious waterfowlers demand.

    Condition

Overall Condition: Fair – extensive signs of prior use and handling.
Bore Condition: Good – clean, well-maintained, minor wear marks.

Specific Condition Notes: There is visible pitting and rust on several exterior metal surfaces. The walnut stock is cracked and will require repair or replacement. The action appears to have been painted at some point in its life. Despite the exterior wear, the bores remain in decent shape and the action cycles correctly, making this shotgun a strong candidate for restoration.

    What’s Included

    • Richland Arms Model 711 Magnum 10 gauge side-by-side shotgun
    • Aftermarket red rubber recoil pad (installed)

Built in Eibar, Spain and proofed to 1,000 kg/cm², this gun carries the Spanish CIP magnum marks on the barrel flats. Richland Arms’ import stamp confirms its original U.S. distribution during the late 1960s–1980s.

The 32-inch blued barrels feature a solid matted rib, brass bead front sight, and fixed Full/Full chokes, giving tight patterns and maximum range. Barrel weight is factory-stamped 2.650 kg, indicating heavy-duty tubes designed to handle stout 3.5-inch loads.

Its forged steel receiver wears original blue and light border line engraving around the fences and floor-plate. Manual extractors, non-ejector configuration, and double non-selective triggers keep the mechanism simple and reliable.

Furniture is walnut with hand-cut checkering on the pistol-grip stock and splinter forend. An Anson push-button forend release is present, now fitted with a white replacement button. An aftermarket red rubber pad extends length of pull to 14 inches and tames recoil from heavy magnum shells.
