The P938 SAS combines SIG Sauer’s micro 1911 platform with the factory Anti-Snag (SAS) de-horning treatment, resulting in a compact 9mm that draws smoothly and carries comfortably. Finished in an attractive two-tone stainless slide and dark hard-anodized alloy frame, this early 2013 SAS variant retains the original SIGLITE night sights and checkered walnut grips, offering a blend of proven reliability, low-light capability, and classic style in a lightweight package.
Condition
Overall Condition: Excellent condition, showing only faint signs of any prior use or handling.
Bore Condition: Excellent – Clean, mirror finish with sharp lands and grooves.
Specific Condition Notes: There is minor discoloration on the top of the slide. The bore is clean and clear with very little visible wear elsewhere.

This P938 SAS is built on a hard-anodized aluminum alloy frame for reduced weight while maintaining strength. The carbon steel barrel is bushing-less, simplifying maintenance and enhancing reliability in a sub-compact format.
The stainless slide receives SIG’s bead-blast finish and comprehensive de-horning, eliminating sharp edges that can catch on clothing during a draw. Rear cocking serrations and an external extractor add practical handling features.
SIGLITE tritium front and rear sights provide a bright, clear sight picture in low light—an advantage for concealed carry. Unlike later SAS versions that moved to bullseye sights, this early model retains the traditional three-dot configuration many shooters prefer.
The single-action-only trigger, paired with a skeletonized hammer and ambidextrous manual safety, delivers a familiar 1911-style manual of arms in a much smaller footprint. Checkered walnut grips with embedded SIG medallions offer secure purchase and a refined appearance.
