The 9-inch barrel is Melonite-treated inside and out for corrosion resistance and long service life. Its 1:7 twist rate stabilizes a wide range of .300 BLK projectiles, while the 5/8-24 muzzle threads accept common suppressors or muzzle devices.
A proprietary free-float aluminum handguard locks to the upper receiver with a four-lug system, keeping accessories stable on the M-Lok slots and the full-length top Picatinny rail. Beneath the handguard, a pinned adjustable gas block and pistol-length gas system ensure reliable cycling with subsonic or supersonic loads.
