Savage Arms Model 110 .30-06 Bolt-Action Rifle with 22" Barrel and Laminated Thumb-Hole Stock
This customized Savage Arms Model 110 pairs the proven .30-06 long-action with an aftermarket laminated hardwood thumb-hole stock that improves ergonomics and stability. Built before 2003 (serial prefix F0), it retains the Savage barrel-nut system and floating bolt head for easy caliber changes and consistent headspacing. A matte-blued 22-inch carbon-steel barrel, tang safety, and factory scope mount round out a package that appeals to hunters and precision shooters alike.

What’s Included
- Savage Arms Model 110 .30-06 rifle with 22" barrel
- Laminated hardwood thumb-hole stock with black recoil pad and sling-swivel studs
The aftermarket laminated thumb-hole stock delivers a solid grip and a Monte Carlo comb that positions the shooter’s eye naturally behind an optic. The beavertail forend adds surface area for bench or bipod support while the multi-color laminate resists weather-related warping.
At the heart of the rifle is Savage’s barrel-nut system. This design lets armorers adjust headspace precisely or swap barrels without machining, making future caliber conversions straightforward.
The floating bolt head self-centers in the locking lugs, helping the lugs seat evenly for reliable, repeatable lock-up. Combined with the carbon-steel 22-inch barrel, it supports the inherent accuracy for which the Model 110 line is known.
A tang-mounted safety is easy to operate from the firing position, and the internal four-round staggered magazine keeps the rifle slim and snag-free in the field.
